Repair first
The Work We Take On
Most of our days are spent on repairs: leaks traced to a cracked boot or a failed valley, shingles lifted by wind, flashing that was caulked one too many times, and decking gone soft under an old leak. When a storm comes through Atlanta, the work shifts to tarping, hail and wind inspections, and helping homeowners document damage for their carrier.
Replacement is part of the job too, in architectural shingles and metal, along with new roofs on additions and garages, seamless gutters and guards, fascia and soffit repair, and low-slope and commercial roofs. The full list is on the services page, grouped by what your roof needs.

On the roof
The Standards We Hold on Every Roof
Photos before prices
Nothing gets quoted until we have been on the roof and you have seen what we found.
Repair when repair will hold
One failed boot is a repair. We say so, even when a bigger job is on the table.
Metal, not caulk
Failed flashing is replaced and woven into the shingles, not smeared over with sealant.
The site left clean
Nails swept with magnets, debris hauled off, gutters cleared before we leave.

The guides
Who Writes Our Roofing Guides
Our roofing guides are written by Karl Sutton, our residential roofing writer, drawing on the roofs our crews repair and replace every week. They cover costs, leaks, hail, storm claims, materials and seasonal upkeep, in plain language. You can read them all on the guides page.
