Answering 24/7 from two offices
Where We Work Across Atlanta and the North Metro
Two offices set the map: a service office on Peachtree in Midtown and the head office in Acworth. Coverage is densest near both.

Coverage
Two Offices, One Crew Standard
Our roofing crews work out of two offices. The Atlanta service office at 1421 Peachtree St NE FL. 3, Atlanta, GA 30361 covers intown neighborhoods and the north and east sides, and the head office at 3846 Tycoon Dr NW, Acworth, GA 30101 covers Cobb County and the northwest suburbs. The phone number is the same for both, and it is answered 24/7.

Region
Intown and Midtown
Around the Peachtree service office, much of our work is on older houses: Victorian and bungalow roofs in Inman Park, steep gables in Grant Park, and century-old roofs with board decking in West End. Several of these are designated historic districts where visible material changes can need Urban Design Commission review, so we plan like-for-like repairs there. Midtown Atlanta itself adds low-slope roofs on small commercial buildings and rowhouse additions.

Region
The north side
North of the service office, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs and Dunwoody carry heavy tree canopy and larger roofs, and they sat in the path of the June 2025 hailstorm. Work here leans toward storm inspections, hail and wind repairs, limb strikes, and replacements on houses whose first roof has reached its end. Across Fulton County the same storms reach Alpharetta, which we serve from both offices.

Region
East toward Decatur
Decatur and the western side of DeKalb County mix older brick ranches with newer infill, and the common calls are leaks at chimneys and valleys, gutter overflows under big oaks and pines, and ventilation fixes in attics that were never balanced.
Region
Northwest Cobb around the head office
From the Acworth head office, crews cover Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta and Smyrna across Cobb County, where much of the housing went up in the 1990s and 2000s. That makes the northwest suburbs the busiest area for first full replacements, along with hail repairs after the July 2026 storms that crossed Cobb, and gutter work on homes backing onto wooded lots.
Region
Gwinnett, the south side and the outer counties
From the Midtown office, crews run up I-85 into Gwinnett County and down I-75 into Henry County. From the Acworth head office, they cover Cherokee, Paulding and Bartow counties to the north and west, and Douglas County is served from whichever office is closer. That puts Lawrenceville, Duluth, McDonough, Woodstock, Canton, Cartersville, Dallas and Douglasville on the regular map, along with Roswell and Johns Creek in north Fulton. Each county and the larger cities have their own page below, with the towns we cover and the roofs we see most.

How a Call Gets Routed Between the Offices
When you call, we note the address and send the crew from whichever office is closer. Intown and east-side jobs run from the Peachtree service office, Cobb County and the northwest suburbs run from the Acworth head office, and the north side is covered from both depending on the day's schedule.
Emergency tarping goes out from either office at any hour. Inspections, repairs and replacements are booked into the schedule of the nearer crew, and you are told which office is handling the job and when to expect them.
